Using the Shared Storage 63

Unplug USB Devices from the MSS

1. Click Unplug USB devices from the MSS.

2. It will list all of the USB devices currently plugged into the unit.

3. Click on the Safely Remove button next to the device that you would

like to unplug.

4. A message will appear stating that you can remove the selected device.

5. Click Done to return to the Conﬁgure Your USB Devices Page.

System Status

Overview

Use the System Status page to get a summary of Your Maxtor Shared

Storage Drive including IP address, Users and Shares, USB Devices and

Printers attached to the unit.
